Eco Nederland B.V. occurs in the REACH chain as a so-called Downstream User – as it can be seen on the chart.

ECO as a Downstream User is no subject not the registration obligations. The obligation to register applies to manufacturers and importers of all substances according to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). Nevertheless, downstream users have the right to report the use of these substances to their suppliers so that the supplier may consider this information in its chemical safety testing.

To fulfill its commitment regarding the REACH Regulation, the ECO has be confirmed by its importers and suppliers that either they or their "Upstream Suppliers" have carried out the registration of the chemicals.
